The server list only shows servers where you are the owner or have Administrator or Manage Server. If you just got the permission or joined, click 🔄 Refresh on the Servers page (the list is cached for up to 5 minutes). If it still doesn't show, log out and in again.

On Servers, click Invite Liora on the server card and confirm in Discord. Afterwards the card shows Manage (click Refresh if needed).

!name is the primary way to run custom commands – just type it in chat. /c name does the same via a slash command with autocomplete. Built-in slash commands are /ping, /c and /ticket-lukk. "Message equals" and "contains" triggers react to normal messages.

View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History and Attach Files for replies and transcripts; Manage Channels and Manage Roles to create private ticket channels; Change Nickname for the server nickname. The invite link requests all of these. Liora's role must also be allowed in the ticket category.

• Liora lacks Manage Channels/Manage Roles, or isn't allowed in the selected category – she will say so in a private reply.
• The ticket system is switched off in Tickets settings.
• The user already has an open ticket – Liora links to it instead.
• Note: panels sent before a bot restart keep working – no need to resend them.

That's Discord's cache. The dashboard only reports success when Discord returns a new image hash, so the change is saved. Press Ctrl+R in Discord (or restart the app) and wait a minute. A server-only avatar overrides the global one on that server.

Only the bot owner and global admins (appointed by the owner on the Users page) can change the global avatar, banner, username, online status/activity and restart the bot. Server admins can change everything for their own server, including nickname and server-only profile.

• Check that Welcome is enabled and a channel is selected.
• Liora needs Send Messages, Attach Files and Embed Links in that channel.
• The card uses the member's avatar; if a custom background looks wrong, upload a 5:2 image or reset to the Liora default.

Liora can only assign roles that are below her highest role and not managed by an integration. The dashboard marks such roles with ⚠️. Move Liora's role above them in Server Settings → Roles. Liora also needs Manage Roles.

Normal: clicking toggles the role. Unique: picking a role removes the panel's other roles (great for colours or regions). Verify: the role is only added, never removed (great for rules acceptance).
